It is actually pretty simple.

• You call us.
• We ask you a lot of questions to help us understand what it is you really want (or help you understand what it is you are looking for).
• Then we come up with four possible destinations we think you might like. You sign off on the plan, we travel to these destinations, spend about a week in each documenting everything we have seen (we will take hundreds of photos and make lots of movies).
• We decide on two areas we think you might really like (we will prepare in-depth presentations about each).
• You travel there (or not, it is up to you) and if you like what you see, we proceed with talking about the possible land and/or home opportunities we found for you.
• If you like, you buy. If not, we continue looking for that perfect lot of land or that dream home.

If you buy only land, we will connect you with a respectable local builder we have identified. We will also get you in touch with a respectable local real-estate attorney (if one is desired).

We will also make sure that you are aware of all the possible gotchas when buying rural land. There are many and books have been written on what to look for, what to avoid and what (not) to do. We will do this homework for you!

You pay us as we go. A portion of the funds up front for the travel expenses, a portion after you have chosen the final destination and the final payment after you have found your dream place.
